What

First-class assumption_log entity per project: id, project_id, statement, owner, status (active / closed / proven-false / proven-true), created_at, validated_at, related_entities[]. CRUD via REST + MCP, browseable in Web UI, retrievable per project and across projects.

Why

established project management guidelines names Assumption Log as an output of Develop Project Charter. The AIPM coverage audit on 2026-05-11 flagged this as a Gap in Integration / Develop Project Charter.

How

New table assumption_log with FK to project; lifecycle transitions through audit log per REQ-FUN-007.
